You'll be managing service sales and field service operations across Southern Africa, focusing on hitting growth targets, maintaining order margins, and ensuring profitability for Field Service Operations. You'll be the primary face for customers, planning after-sales activities, driving new service business, and promoting products. Your role is about understanding customer needs, solving problems, improving satisfaction (NPS), and growing market presence by strengthening customer relationships.

Position Summary:

The Sales Director to oversee the Southern Africa territory. This role focuses on driving sales growth in the food packaging sector, managing a dedicated sales team, and building strong relationships with key clients. The Sales Director will handle the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and after-sales support, while collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

The Warehouse Team Lead will be based in Johannesburg, be overlooking the following:

• The role reports to the Assistant Supply chain Manager
• Be able to manage finished goods
• Industry to come from will be Manufacturing/ Chemicals/liquids

As the Head of Procurement/Commodity you will work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and Country Manager to build and execute a plan to enter the South Africa (SA) market. In this role your responsibilities will span down to business operations tasks and on-boarding new clients. This role would also require overseeing the procurement process, business development and strategies related to commodities essential to our organisation's operations.

The Production Manager oversees the entire manufacturing process, ensuring efficient and optimal production across all shifts. They are responsible for setting production goals, managing resources, and achieving high-quality output while meeting cost and safety objectives.
