As a Procurement Manager, you are responsible for spearheading the procurement strategies for a large airport infrastructure project in Tanzania. Additionally, you will manage project financing with Export Credit Agencies.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will lead a major greenfield project of an Airport infrastructure in Tanzania. You will work on FIDIC contracts, while being the primary contact between financial institutions & governmental authorities.

As a hot air balloon pilot, you will be responsible for preparing the balloon for flight, performing safety checks, and planning flight paths. You'll need to closely monitor weather conditions to ensure safe flying. The skills and knowledge acquired from pilot school are crucial for executing these tasks effectively.

As Head of Workshops and Repair and Maintenance, this role ensures the optimal performance of all company assets, including a fleet of 180 vehicles, construction equipment, and fabrication processes, through proactive maintenance, strategic management and the development of operational systems.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for optimising production processes, ensuring timely deliveries, and driving the overall success of manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, exceptional communication skills, a meticulous attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of garment manufacturing processes and industry best practices.

The COO will actively mentor, ensuring that operations run efficiently, processes are followed, and costs are controlled. The COO will also oversee the implementation of existing technologies and ensure team motivation. The COO will play a key role in driving operational improvements while maintaining high service standards. Hospitality experience is essential, with aviation experience being a significant plus.

This role requires effective communication and collaboration with both the directors and department managers to make quick adjustments to strategies aimed at maximising efficiency, growth, profit, quality, and social impact. Additionally, the Senior Manager will work with the directors to develop long-term strategies for sustainable impact and growth.
