Position Summary:

The Sales Director to oversee the Southern Africa territory. This role focuses on driving sales growth in the food packaging sector, managing a dedicated sales team, and building strong relationships with key clients. The Sales Director will handle the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and after-sales support, while collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

This role would also require overseeing the procurement process, business development and strategies related to commodities essential to our organisation's operations.
